I'm new to SageAct! (purchased ACT!Pro 2013) and trying to set up my contacts correctly so that the email histories post. I sent an email to two people, both contacts for the same company. One contact got the email history; one did not. The only difference I see in the contacts is that the one that did not get the history, has the same phone number as I have listed in the company record. The company record got the email history. Any clue? Can a company record and a contact record have the same phone number? Thanks for your help.

Did both contacts have the same email address in the contacts section as this is what the email interface looks for to attach the email.
