I am using ACT 17.0 with Outlook 2010. For several months, my outgoing emails have not been recording in ACT history. I have read tried all forum suggestions, specifically ensuring that ACT.outlook.service.exe is running. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Thank you Gary. I have tried all of these things. Act .outlook.service.exe is running, Act address book is added, etc. One of the more arcane issues suggests looking for "Qpath" in the HistoryQueue folder, which I don't find. Qpath simply is not to be found and I don't know how to take it from there.
I have tried reaching tech support by telephone, but the hold periods are interminable. Is there another way i can get 1 on 1 tech support on a single item basis?
