Email uses incorrect record manager

Did anyone ever figure this out?  We are having the same problem with ACT! Premium in a networked environment.  We have one user who has this issue.  Whenever she sends an email, it is showing up with the record manager of another user (always the same one).  This just started happening last Friday.  We did not make any changes to anything in our system last Friday...all her email before that shows her as the record manager.  What is going on???  (BTW, I did check everything recommended in this thread and everything is set up correctly.)

 

One other really strange twist - the incorrect record manager only shows up on the email sender's record history tab.  If you check the history of anyone else who got the email, that has the correct record manager displayed.  How can this be?  (Insert Twilight Zone music here...)
