I am using Sage ACT! Pro 2011 Version 13
Act is syncing with Outlook for all the e-mail chains that I send to a particular contact but I can't see the e-mail that they send back.
If I send an e-mail to a contact I can't tell if they responded or not by looking at the "History" for that contact. I have to go to Outlook and see if they responded. Is there a setting where I can see both "To" and "From" sorted by date?
Please let me know.
