Sorry to be a pain, but I've still got minor problems.
Couldn't seem to remove the ACT! integration with Outlook, tried everything suggested.
Set up the Address book, email set up etc. and tried sending an email. This was sent by Outlook but not recorded in the History, made sure the editing with Word was de-selected and format set to HTML etc., but still the emails would not attach.
Then I noticed that if I wrote an email "from a template" it did attach.
