I am running Act! 2010 on a netbook with Windows 7. When the computer goes into sleep mode the Act ! email goes blank. When I close the email I get the message ""cannot delete message". To correct the problem I have to close Act!, reboot and start over. Everything runs fine until my screen saver kicks in. What could be causing this?

Thanks for the reply. It seems to me that a robust CRM should not be affected by things like a screen saver coming up and affecting its operation. Anyway, I seem to have solved the problem, I think. The computer is an ASUS eeePC (netbook). In other applications as well as ACT!, it took a long time to load and execute. The computer came with 1 GB of memory. I maxed it out at 2 Gb and set up a speed boost with an SD card. Unit runs much faster and the email problem seems to be a thing of the past.
