We have moved form POP 3 accounts to hosted exchange accounts. I cannot get emails to drop into contact history as we could with POP 3 and the icons have been removed from the tool bar in the "add ins" section. Does anyone know how to get the email to synch with ACT 20011 Premium and a hosted exchange account?

Open Task Manager and did you make sure that the Act.Outlook.Service is running. If not you can activate this from the ACT for windows folder and then look in the run command in the registry to see if it is loading at startup.
