Recently, my email is not attaching to the contact. It is not even appearing on my Outlook email account as an option as it used to. This is a great feature and I am missing it. Up to this I have had no problem attaching email to a client.
What have I done wrong??

There could be more than one possible cause for this. Please KB Article 19948 for a list if possible causes and solutions. From what you are describing, it sounds like either an issue with ACT! address book in Outlook or the ACT! add-in for Outlook has been disabled.
