Are you referring to email messages that are attached to contact records (History tab) or to emails within the Act! Email program?
If you are referring to the History tab, it may be the filters have been changed. Reset them to 'All' and see if the items are visible.

I guess I'm referring to messages with the Act email program. There were msgs in the inbox at one point, and gone the next. I couldn't find the message anywhere.
I've been doing automated full daily backups. How can I try to retrievce them from the backkup? If not there, is there some other way?
