Have done search through the forum and have not yet found an answer to my current issue.
We are using ACT! Professional (version 18.104.22.168), small company and a number of users, we all use Internet Mail to generate and receive emails but recently we have come across an issue on the main PC (holds the database).
Email which have been typed become blank on sending and similar issue is the lost of attachments on emails, however, it is not constant usually relates to importance of the email!! So from different email addresses, to different email address this happens, no logic to it, complete email, click on send and it goes fine but arrives blank and when you look in sent items it is also blank.
PC is running Windows XP, additional user has been set up on the PC, however, if you go back to the original user it still happens.
Please could someone give me advice on this as it is driving us mad, any thoughts would be appreciated.
