Email in ACT2010 does not properly display fully linked URL

Email in ACT2010 does not properly display fully linked URL. ACT truncates the e-mail address before the first  "&" sign.

Here is an example of the problem from an actural e-mail

Are you saying that it shows up like this on the history tab after the email is attached to the ACT! record? or are you using the ACT! e-mail client ? or are you seeing this in Outlook ?

Re: Email in ACT2010 does not properly display fully linked URL

I know this can be somewhat confusing. Thanks for your question. I see that my post was not as clear as it should have been.

When receiving an e-Mail containing a long link with a "&" ampersand symbol in the link, only the first part of the link is displayed with a line under it. Clicking on the link in the email will only take you to the URL that is underlined, NOT the full link.

If you have other questions Dave, let me know.
