I tested this is ACT! 2009 (11.1) and history is recording for secondary email addresses, both when initiating the email from ACT! (clicking the email address) and when sending from Outlook (using the address book). I tested with ACT! directly integrated with Outlook 2003.
What version/build of ACT! is the customer using and what is their email setup? If using ACT! 2009, have them check the Quick Attach progress screen in the system tray to see if the emails are under the Not Attached tab.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
