Email history only being recorded on outgoing emails

Email history only being recorded on outgoing emails

I have the Email sync setup through Outlook, and I have it set to record emails where an ACT contact appears in either the from or to (or cc) address. But for some reason only emails sent out are being recorded. Incoming emails do not get attached to the contact history.

 

Thoughts?

 

My setup:

 

ACT 2013

Windows 7

Outlook 2010 32-bit

Database is on SQL Server on a Windows 2008 server

That's how it works by default ... you need to add Outlook rules to record incoming emails
