On clicking on the email icon in the nav bar I get the following error:
Can anyone shed any light on why?
If I go into preferences and try to change my email client from Outlook to ACT, ACT is not an option in the drop down box [only Outlook is]

Try running a detect and repair from the Help menu in Outlook. If that doesn't work, follow the KB article below.
