Get it, ACTers......
I am working on compiling an email list. When I run the report, the list is sorted by contact's last name. I would like it to be sorted by company. Is there any way I can get the report to print like that, grouping companies together?
I can always run a report by each company but then I have to go group by group and that would take longer.
Please advise, fellow ACTers!

What report are you using?
Is it a custom report?
Does it have a built in sort?
If no built in sort ary you presorting your list and running the report for the current lookup?

We have SAGE ACT Premium 2012
I go to the REPORTS tab and select EMAIL LIST Report and hit run.
I'm tempted to create a custom report but do not want to mess up the current settings.

That report has a built in sort by contact (last name). To change the sort to company you would need to change the built in sort for section one in the report template.
