I have over a hundred contacts whose domain is changing
What is an efficient way to change only everything after the person's name:
example: John.Doe@CurrentDomain.com to John.Doe@NewDomain.com
Thanks

Hello,
Unfortunately, directly by Act! I do not know of a method that allows you to update only the domain
But a SQL Server expert can do this operation...
...
The person or office that makes the service needs you to have installed the SQL server management studio and Restart your computer before local or remote service CLICK
Anyway, I suggest:
1. Back up the database before any procedure that involves changing the volume of records
2. Make that EMAIL UPDATE in a test database, with the backup you made in the previous point ... you restore it as TESTDB, this way it does not affect the production database in case something goes wrong
Best regards and good luck

Hi ark210,
You could try the free Act! addon from Xact...

I already did the test THE ADDON with DEMO DATABASE and it worked correctly
The only thing you should keep in mind is that before you can make the first Domain change, the system asks you to create a FREE account, take note of the EMAIL and Password that you will use for that account.
Please note that changing the email address with this ADDON does not leave a history record
The email must be correct because you will receive an email with the LINK to activate the account
