We have a small network with 2 computers hooked to a master (which we don't use).
Get the "Program Not Responding" error on those 2 computers.
After launching the email part of Act, folders and messages are displayed.
If I click anywhere it locks up and a Ctrl Alt Del reveals that program is not responding.

What OS are the workstations? Was this working before? Try restarting in selective startup to eliminate the possibly of other software interfering.
