I'm wanting to email to a group from Act 2010 to Outlook 2007. These are prospective clients. What I would like - one indvidually addressed email to each client? Is this done through the merge function?
Now, how can I preview each email before it's sent through the merge process. I like to add personal notes. If I use the merge function, it just seems to send it out.
I did not realize it just shipped out - and not knowing this caused a few embarrasing moments.
I'd appreciate any assistance.
