Email Marketing and Looking up Multiple Email Addresses??

I am part of an organization which is using ACT! By Sage version 10.0, and we are currently trying to uncheck the "Email Marketing" box on the "Contact Detail" page for several hundred contacts. The only contact information that we have is the email addresse, but the problem here is that there does not seem to be a way to look up multiple email addresses. Rather, it seems that one can only look up a single contact's email address at a time, and this makes for a much more timely and arduous task. Is there some other way that a full compilation of these email addresses may be procured in one single contact-lookup as opposed to about 500 individual contact-lookups? Sorry if this is worded somewhat confusingly. Any help is much appreciated.

The best way that I can think of doing this is to import a value into an unused field.  Then lookup the field and mass change Email Marketing by going to Edit > Replace.  In the CSV file, you will need matching criteria  for duplicate checking so that it will merge with existing records.  So for example, the CSV file will have Contact, Company, Email as matching fields and User 1 will be the field you can lookup to do the mass replace.
