I use ACT 10 (10.0.2.191) on XP.
I sent out emails to dozens of people in multiple emails today only to realize about an hour and a half ago that none of the email histories got recorded. Before spending hours entering the history manually, I thought I'd ask for expert help here. Two questions:
(1) Is there any way that I can have those histories enter themselves into the proper contacts after-the-fact?
(2) How do I make sure this doesn't happen again?
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
p.s. I triple-checked the email preference setting and am sure that from the get-go, the preference was set to record subject only.
