I have Act 2011 Pro installed on an XP machine and it serves 4 Windows 7 machines the database.
THey all have outlook 2007 installed and I have the email history set to attach to the contacts activity. We have noticed that sporadically the history is not attaching certain contacts.
We have verified that the contact in outlook is formatted with the name and email as the contact in ACT.
Where can I start to look for the problem?

I use ACT since version two.
What I can tell you about is that there is a lot of topics about this matter in this forum!
Year after year problem remains.
I like ACT but as this has not being solved I decided to buy an add-on (Outlook Integrator) from DesignR1.
It is an additional cost but after that I could stop dealing with this problem and concentrate on my daily tasks.
