Back when I was using Salesforce as a group, there was a feature that allowed a group email to be sent out when a sale was closed as won. Created some friendly competition.
Is there a way to do this in ACT!? Or at least a way for it to notify myself as a sales manager?

Would need to know what version you have, but if it is 2013 or 2014, you can create a smart task that will notify you and send out a group eMail. I assume the eMail would be to other sales reps, who would also be users. I have not used Smart Tasks yet, so I don't have much experience. I've just read what it should be able to do.
