ACT! by Sage 2010 Version 18.104.22.168, Hot Fix 1 on Windows 7
I reset my preferences and I must've used a slightly different name or something. Can I get the original email file back? Is it gone? Where is it?

The Act! email program settings are tied to the Preference files within Act!. The emails themselves are not deleted, only 'not currently viewable'. Please see your Private Messages for more information.
