"Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID (741BEEFD-AECO-4AFF-84AF-4F61D15F5526) failed due to the following error:  80040154 " keeps popping up when I click on an email address in ACT.  I had pacbell and company email accounts in Outlook and thought that was the problem but even after deleting the pacbell acct, error pops up.  I have gone through Tools set up ACT email with Outlook, several times, and it appears to be correct.  Wuld appreciate help/ideas/suggestions.

1) Close ACT!

2) Open the location of the ACT! installation such as c:\Program Files\ACT\Act for Windows

3) Find the file "Redemption.dll" and drag it onto the file called "Regsrv32.exe"  You should see a message that the file registered successfully.

4) Launch ACT! and try your scenarion once again.
