An update was performed on ACT in our office a few months ago. I believe we moved to ACT Premium, which is what we're using now and utilizing Outlook 2016, which has not changed from old version ACT to ACT Premium.
In the older ACT version, when an email message was generated from ACT either from the "Write" tab and then "Email Message" option, or from clicking on an "E-mail" field in the contact "Detail View" option, the new message displayed the email address in the receiver's formal name. Example: email address is firstname.lastname@example.org. The "To..." in the Outlook message window showed up as Robert Smith, taking the name from ACT "Contact" field.
Since we had the update the "To..." in the Outlook message window displays "email@example.com.
I and others have searched a way to change it but haven't found how to do it. Is there a way to change this?
