This is going to waffle on but ....
When I send a template letter from Act it attaches itself to the history view (which it should). But for some unknown reason, when we hit the email link to send the template, instead of saving it as an attachment in the history view, it shows the whole email.
Does that make sense!!! HELP!

This is a result of the history recording you choose when you setup the email in ACT!. Go to Tools/Preferences/Email, then click Email System Setup. One of the screens in the setup wizard will ask you to select the Email-Record History option. The option you have now is probably "Email subject and message". If you want it to record in history as an attachment and include any attachments for the email, then choose "Email subject, message, and all attchachments". This setting would need to be done for each machine.
