I have several salespeople so I name the Record Manager as "SalesRep1, SalesRep2, etc." Each sales rep will have his/her own username to log into the database. Somehow, when I added a new license, the SalesRep2 record manager name was changed to the name of the rep. My reps come and go and I didn't want to have a rep's name permanently engraved. Is there a way to revert the name back to SalesRep2?
Thank you for your assistance.

Thank you for your reply. The problem is, I need to be able to permanently change the Record Manager name. If I delete that record manager from the system, what happens to the records associated with that record manager?

They would be deleted. Any place you see record manager, that field doesn't contain a name, it contains the unique ID of a user's my record and what is dispalyed in the contents of the user's my record contact field. Change the field and the record manager name will change.
