I'm editing the basic letter template to create a new template for a letter we're sending out. I typed in a line of text right after the internal address merge fields, and when I went to format the font it apparently picked up the formatting from the Zip Code merge field above it (it highlights in gray just like the merge field). Now it won't print that line of text in the document. How do I undo that and format it as regular text?
