Can somebody help me. One of our customers cannot edit opportunities. He has ACT 9 for Workgroups, there is only one person who has this problem, they are 10 other users who doesn'ot have this problem. When he wanted to edit an opportunity ACT! blockes and he has to go out with the Task Manager.

If the user logs into the database from a different computer, does the same issue happen? I'm sure you've done this, but if not, run database maintenance from actdiag.
This could possibly be a corrupted user and you'll have to recreate the user.
