We just upgraded to Act! Pro Version 16.0.291.0, Hot Fix 4
It's a private database, and I use Windows 7 Professional
When I'm in a client's Detail View and click Add/Remove Opportunities, a dialogue box pops up with two columns - Opportunity Name/Record Manager. You can move opportunities over with the arrow into the "active" box.
I need to edit the selection in the originating box. Some of the choices we don't offer anymore.
Is there a way to just type in the Opportunity rather than select from a list?

At the top of the box you should see a View box and a Find box.
Select Opportunities in the view
The find utilizes type ahead. A word of caution - this search field needs fixing because if you don't type fast enough it completely fills it in before you give it enought specific characters.
This should help you find the the opportunity, though.
