Well, I have another one! Using Vista Ultimate, Act! 2009 and Office 2007, when I open an e-mail message from my History item, I get the following error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
I have run database repairs, re-indexed, and even rebuild the schema. Nothing seems to work. I did, however, isolate it to one database (of course, it would be my primary database). I can open from other databases, i.e., the demo database, without a problem.
So how do I repair my database?

Unfortunatly there are still some 'regular' occurrances of this error.
Do you have the error on all messages or just on one or two? If the error is just on some of them, just deleted thes items and go ahead!

All message in one database. I believe the problem occured when I was transferring e-mail from Outlook to Act! using the Attach to Act! button. It hung during the processes and, like a good tech, I terminated the process and rebooted. Hasn't been the same since.
