I may have asked this before, but I didn't see it in the history.
Is there a way to edit the drop down list for action taken besides "Call Attempted", "Call Completed" etc? For example, I would like to add "LVM" and then in the results area put what the message was about.
I apologize in advance if I already asked this question and wasn't able to find the answer.

For the activity types of Call, Meeting, and To-Do, you cannot edit the results list. You would need to create a custom activity type and then add your own results. This is done by going to Schedule/Manage/Activity Types from the main menu.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
