I have a small business and I would like to set up ACT to automatically send out a thank you and remind me to send certain clients coupons. I currently do it manually..there has to be a better way.

ACT! does not have the ability to send out automatic messages, but you can schedule Activities with reminders (alarms) for your contacts to remind you to send the coupons. If you have a process that you use for clients, then you may find the Activity Series function useful as well. For more information on this, please refer to the following Knowledgebase article:
