EMail Failures

Hi!  First, I use Act! Pro 2011 and MS Outlook 2010.  50% of the time I attempt to send an email, whether they be generated from an Act! contact or replied/forwarded/New Mesasged from Outlook, I get failure receipts which say ...


Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.



The following recipients can not be reached:


     Server Error:  '553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcphosts (#5.7.1)


No rhyme or reason to when this happens.  Is there a problem with my configuration with Outlook?


Any suggestions GREATLY appreciated as this is really cutting into my productivity.

This one most likely is not an ACT issue.  Try sending to the same address from just outlook. See if you get the message.. Also, try googling the errror and take a look at some of the responses you will get there.
