If you are integrating directly with Outlook and have chosen the history recording option to record the message as an attachment, then you can open that message in ACT! and it will be a live email that you can forward, resend. etc. Also, the message itself will be in the Sent Items folder in Outlook as well.
If you are using the ACT! Email client, then there is not a re-send option...you would need to forward the message instead.
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
