E-mails have stopped posting to contact history

I am using Act! Pro Version 19.2.146.0, Update 4.  Two weeks ago my e-mails stopped being posted to Contact History.  E-mails are not posting automatically or manually to contact history.  Everything was fine, until two weeks ago.

 

What's going on and how can I correct this?
