I need more suggestions on getting my email to record history. It works fine with a mail merge but does not record a history on single emails even if initiated by clicking on email field in Act. The Act address book is active in Outlook and ACT Services Process is running.
What else can I check.

Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.
