Welcome to the ACT! Online Community. In regards to your issue, I have seen the following setting changes in Outlook 2007 work in some cases:
- Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options > Advanced Email Options
- Change value for "AutoSave items in:" to Outbox
Note: Effective 6/1/13, Sage no longers provides support for the Act! software. This is now provided by Swiftpage.

I have the same issue using ACT 2010 and Outlook 2010 (French version), all merged documents get stock in Draft folder (Named Brouillons). After a few tries it got started, although some get stuck and must be sent manually...
Any idea how to resolve this ??
