Dynamic group membership

I understand the concept of creating a dynamic group membership, but am I able to manually add a contact to a group that does NOT meet the criteria? Thanks in advance!

Re: Dynamic group membership

Yes, groups can have both static and dynamic members.

Re: Dynamic group membership

Thank you Skelly for asking and Roy for answering.  I would have jumped in and said it was either one or the other.  I've never rerally needed that, I think, but it is good to know - I'll probably find a reason for it now.

Re: Dynamic group membership

Hi John,

I've found it useful to add myself or selected individuals as static members of a group, so that I ALWAYS get the mailout so we can check it for QA. All other members of the group are defined by the dynamic rules so that they can be marketed to.
