My recurring activities duplicate. It appears to happen when the activities roll over or when I syncronize with Outlook. I am a long time ACT user (3.0) and usually can trouble shoot issues on my own. This one has got me!
There is a KB article on this for versions 6 thru 2010 but nothing current.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Thank you.

Outlook and ACT! handle recurring activities very different. Outlook creates discreet individual activities, ACT! creates a single activity with the recurring information embedded. When an ACT! recurring activity is synced with Outlook, Outlook creates the additional discreet activities. Then when synced back to ACT! these are seen as different activities resulting in duplicate activities.
