Duplicate registration on reinstall

I properly installed/registered ACT, later that day my internet crashed.  I attributed to crash to the new program install and then uninstalled ACT.  I waited a day and reinstalled ACT.  The installation was successful, but it gives me an error message when I attempt to reenter the registration code.  It states the product registration code has already been registered.  Help,

You need to call Sage.  They can reset it if you haven't done this too many times.
