We recently got a new server- when we updated ACT it duplicated all of our contacts.
I am trying to merge the contacts however the only way to do it is to merge info from contact 1 to contact 2. We need to keep the notes and other info that was originally under contact 1 and not loose it when merging to contact 2.
Is there a way of merging the two together without loosing information??
We are using ACT Pro 2011.

What about the copy/move contact data under the tools menu? This allows you move notes and history from one contact to another and you can choose to delete one of the duplicates or not. This still only allows you to work with one set of duplicates at a time though.
