I have created a new remote database. The main db has 2310 records and when I set up the database creation I am told that it will allow all these.
But I only get 1741 of the records in the new database
Can anyone help me please

No, I have set up two users. The main one has Admin access and the second has Manager
I have noticed that, after I set up the sync set and it tells me that all records are available, looking at the subscription list has already dropped the other records and I cannot add them in even on the Admin acces
Totally puzzled as it looks like Act does not like these extra records, but they can be accessed fine on the main db

managed to solve it by creating a new blank copy of the main database and then copying the contacts into it.
the data had become muddled so that it didn't think that the main user (administrator) had permission to sync all the contacts
