Drag & drop contact from Outlook to ACT!

Does anyone know if it's possible to drag and drop a contact from an Outlook contact view to the ACT! contact view? It sort of looks like you can, but nothing happens.

I don't have any problem Importing, but drag and drop would be handy.

In general I think it would be better to have automatic contact synchronisation between Outlook and ACT!. This can be done use Double Look from www.companionlink.com which is nice.

I think it ought to be a feature of the outlook sychnonisation in ACT! rather than having to shell out another hundred bucks per user.
