I had 471 contacts and I could not get into the database after installing Double Look. I have called the ACT! Support group and they asked me to call the Double Look Support, who told me they couldn't find where I had purchased the Double Look through Sage, so they would not help me.
I have now uninstalled ACT! and although I can find the files on the computer ---- I am unable to open ACT! database at all.
I will call ACT! Support again tomorrow.
