Double Click On EMail Displays Small Window

Re-Post (Sorry, but I posted this originally in the wrong forum)

ACT Ver 10

I am using ACT as the eMail client over Outlook.  When I double click on an eMail, a small window appears which has to be enlarged to use.

Is there a way to have the window display in full screen or significantly larger?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Re: Double Click On EMail Displays Small Window

jnpurdy,

That is a preset size that cannot be changed.  You can switch to full Outlook integration and that will retain email size set in Outlook.  You can setup full Outlook integration by going through the email system setup again and select Outlook as the email editor.  Then you'll have to add the ACT! address book to Outlook if you haven't already.

Re: Double Click On EMail Displays Small Window

Thanks for the help.  From what I understand so far, if I use Outlook at the eMail client instead of Act I will lose the benefit of mail merge for one thing.  I guess I'll just have to settle for the smaller window.

Thanks again.
