I have an older version of ACT! but it is 2005. does anyone know how to double book a call in the same timeslot? i used to be able to do this in an older version. thx.

Frankly I can't remember if that was possible in ACT! 2005 or not. There were many problems and limitations in ACT! 2005 that were resolved in later version. I do know that what you describe is possible in the latest version, ACT! 2011.
