Doing "Rebuild Sync Objects" throws up an error

Hi,

We're using Act Professional for Workgroups 8.

I'm trying to do a "Rebuild Sync Objects" through "Act8Diag", and it's throwing up an error: "Error converting data type varchar to datetime."

How can I fix this error please?

Re: Doing "Rebuild Sync Objects" throws up an error

I believe was fixed in 9.01 release and later

The issue  is the Windows Regional settings on the machine. If you close ActDiag then temporarily change your date format to MM/DD/YYYY (instead of DD/MM/YYYY as  it probably is for you), then retry the Rebuild Sync Objects operation it should be fine. Then you can change your Regional date format back to its original value.

Many thanks! ...thought I would never get rid of that error message!
