I have auto synching between Act 2013 and OL 2010 set up.
Recently a customer moved to a new location. I updated the address in Act, but noticed despite synching a few times the address was not updated in OL.
So, am wondeirng if this is normal, or is there an error. I synch one way, from Act to OL, and use Act as the master database.
Fundamentally, does Act just insert new contacts, or will it also make changes to existing ones?

It should synchronize changes to the Outlook contacts. What is the exact build of Act! you're using? you can find this by going to Help>About Act!, and tell me what version of Act! is states there.
