Does Act! automatically add emails to contact history or do I have to use 'QUICK ATTACH' button each time?
Environment: Windows 7, Outlook 2010, MS Exchange 2007, Act! 2011

By default, your incoming emails will not automatically attach to your Act! contacts - only the outgoing emails will attach automatically. However, you can create a rule within Outlook to have it attempt to attach all incoming emails (will attach if a matching email address is found).
