Welcome to the Act! Online Community!

 

By default, your incoming emails will not automatically attach to your Act! contacts - only the outgoing emails will attach automatically.  However, you can create a rule within Outlook to have it attempt to attach all incoming emails (will attach if a matching email address is found).  Here is an article with steps for creating such a rule: KB Article 23020.
